    I have Vipre installed–expires on Dec. 24 this year.. Does this Black Friday deal apply to me? If so, please advise.

      Yes, you can purchase VIPRE during our Black Friday deal and hold your new license key until your current license key expires. Any new license keys purchased will not start counting down until you activate by entering it into your VIPRE software.

    I just renewed my Antivirus, is there a way to update it to Vipre Internet security? If not, can I purchase Vipre Internet Security now and hold the key? Or can I have a refund on the Antivirus and then purchase Internet Security at the special price, I doubt that.

      Yes, you can contact our customer service department and request a refund on the license key you just purchased and place a new order for VIPRE Internet Security. To request a refund, contact our customer service department here: http://kb.gfi.com/supportviprecontact

      You can also purchase a VIPRE Internet Security license during this Black Friday Sale and hold it until your current license expires. Your new license key will not start counting down until you enter it into the software.

    I have Vipre Premium installed on my computer. It expires in December. Should I use Vipre Internet Security 2012 instead?

    Web site seems to be down at the Black Friday page. I’m paid up until December of 2013 for 3 or more computers. Can I buy a Black Friday deal for a lifetime? I

      Hi Mark,

      VIPRE Premium has been replaced with VIPRE Internet Security 2012. Essentially the same product but now has spam filter and a new title. :)

    I am unable to connect to http://www.vipreantivirus.com/promos/black-friday from the email link, this forum, or anywhere else. I have tried from the gfi website and cannot connect to the ordering pages period. Last night this was not a problem, I just didn’t have time to enter my order. My upgrade from Premium to Vipre Internet Security 2012 just installed but that didn’t make a difference.

    I have a site license valid until 12/24/2012 and wanted to take advantage of the sale to upgrade to a lifetime license.

    Are you having site problems or is it just saturated by all of the happy Vipre users upgrading?
